decided I needed to step back. Took some stuff over to the house just because. I FaceTimed with my parents. My dad is not doing well. He hasn't had a regular meal since May. He has some sort of esophagus hernia and he can't keep anything down. He was very weak and out of it when I talked to him. Needless to say, I had a rough afternoon and evening and responded inappropriately by drinking way too much.

Sorry about the issues with your dad, I will keep him and you in my prayers.

Have a fun time setting up the house. Good to take a break from running and focus on something that is joyful. Understand the mental struggles, I am having a hard time dealing with them too.
