Had to cut it short and head home. Day 3 of GI issues. Unprecedented. I can't seem to figure it out, especially since I eat pretty much the same things every day. A new receipe the other night would explain the last two day, but not today.

I never do a training run anymore without a folded up paper towel on me somewhere.

Bring Immodium to the race, and test it out before a run today or tomorrow. I've gone through this GI phase before and it has been pretty effective...

That's super helpful. Megan suggested it but I worried that it might mess me up in some other way but testing it out should do the ticket. Thanks.

I was thinking it was a bug, but running definitely triggered it and that's probably unlikely.
