Early morning workout (early for a weekday for Jason the Graduate Student). 3.75 warm up (misjudged my distance to my starting point). Few strides and brief stretching. Workout was 6 x 1 mile @ LT w/ 2 minute recoveries. Splits:

6:20, 6:18, 6:16, 6:17, 6:16, 6:10. 3.11 mile cool down.

Achilles was a little bit tight yesterday and today. No pain, no tenderness. I'm guess it is nothing to fret about. It happens maybe twice a year. Easy run tomorrow. Likely short. Headed to Philly to see Megan.

Nicely done Jason. Way to continually drop down the pace.

Great session Jason - you are really getting fast. I'm guessing an early morning is 9am for a graduate student? Unfortunately I did all my grad stuff at an online school...

Have a nice trip!

Thanks, fellas. I got out the door at just after 6:45.early enough to scare some sleeping rabbits on the golf course. I ran my interval path to make sure there were no dangers. It was a bit dark to start. I guess many folks run in the dark regularly. My schedule doesn't necessitate it, but it did today. Have a good weekend.

Nice work Jason and good miles this week too. I'm guessing that 11:00 a.m. is early morning for this grad student. I bet his butler places his Newtons at the foot of his bed and says, 'Master Jason, it's time to rise.'
