North side - 5 miles, averaged 9:13. 9-minute guy must have been throwing down some 7s

After a crappy day yesterday (great running day though), I'm headed to Vegas, where I never thought I would go.

Be safe - Viva Las Vegas!

Thanks, guys. Dead car battery (beyond recharging it seems). Found this out late. Had to change my flight to take the shuttle because no one is around and I wouldn't get there in time. Cost more than the price of the original ticket to rebook. It's been an expensive week. And the butler must have looked up the cost of my Newtons because he wants a raise :)

Just win it back at the craps table!

Have a great trip.

Believe it or not if it's early morning, running on the Las Vegas strip is kind of nice. But it has to be early before the foot traffic picks up.

I agree with Riley that an early morning run on the strip is pretty cool.

Another good run if you have a car is at the Clark County Wetlands Park out off the old Boulder Highway and Tropicana near Sam's Town. Nice system of trails.

Hadn't thought of that, Joe!

Thanks for the recommendations. I think I'll get up early Friday (I have a race window I need to try to catch at 4:00AM so I might go then. Although that might be too early to miss the late night crowd). I will have a car, so I may check out some trails. Maybe even put a base coat of tan on this boyish chest. Cheers.
