AM/Lunch: 3-mile shakeout on the treadmill. Core and hip work.
PM: 10 miles easy in the snow. Not bad at first, but I was annoyed the last few miles with the wind and drifting snow.
First double since August. My work schedule makes doubles pretty much impossible, but as I feel like it I'll probably do them on my days off, even if it's just a couple slow miles to warm up for strength training.
