Rest day.

I think when Dr. Poulsen said he advised distance runners to eat meat he didn't have this in mind. Yes, Virginia, that is a burger with a grilled cheese sandwich for both buns. Hard to see the bottom but there is one just like the top. It was on my bucket list for Lafayette before I leave. Menu for Dt Kirby's. Now back to my training diet . . .

Rob: That link was for you (but also for the enjoyment of others). The buffalo chicken is the best I've ever had. Everything is on Great Harvest Bread, which I thought was local but someone from Utah mentioned it back a while ago.

He does lots of "reissues" of sandwiches from local places from Chicago, which is pretty cool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my burger. They of course taste a lot better than they sometimes look!
