I'd love to get my marathon time into the 2:3X range or under.
I live in Michigan with my wife, Megan. I started running in September 2010.

AM: 6.7 miles, averaged 9:44. HR 142.
It was getting warm. Squishy shoes. Had another conversation with my dad. Not sure if it landed, but I did manage to change my HR monitor battery and wash the strap.

My dad died in 2009 and I still miss him. I will say this though - I'm glad I don't have to have conversations with him about Trump.
