20’ Tempo (~10-mile Effort)
30’ up/40’ down. Just felt like running on the treadmill. Our AC is terrible and I’m tired of being warm. Didn’t feel great and started at 9 mph and had to back off but sped back up and finished strong with some pace increases. I surprised that pace felt that hard. HR 175 for the tempo. Glad I got into the groove. The midweek workout will be the same.
