AM: Flourtown and back up via the College - 9 miles, averaged ~7:55. My Garmin died.


PM: Springside Track - 4 miles, averaged 7:54. Did 6 x 200 strides in 37.5. 33.1 on the last one. Not bad.

It's one of the suburbs just on the edge of north west Philly. You still get some Philadelphia drivers though. A woman in a yellow Beetle tried to teach me a lesson by cutting me off (from behind, she was turning right), so I smacked her car because she was inches from flattening me. Here I was thinking it was a sleepy little suburb with a flour mill :-)

I did a final check of my tempo loop. I think it's going to work okay.

flourtown has the advantage in that the words are actually squished together, whereas sugarhouse is actually sugar house. i plan to change that via duress as soon as fritz becomes mayor.
