The weather is perfect for running. Fall is in the air, but it is still warm enough to be comfortable.

I started running about this time 2 years ago. It's amazing to see the progress from that first week of 5 days of run/walking  about 1.5-1.75 miles (quite hilly route now that I look back on it) to my first 80+ mile week this year.

Congrats on all the progress you have made in the past few years. Running is a lifestyle and community that is very uplifting and motivational for all of our roles.

Keep up the great work.

What jtshad said +1. Great stuff. It's good to look back and see how much you've come on.

But I think the more remarkable thing is your, you know...your, er, how should I put it? Maybe it'd be easier if you read the comments on my blog from yesterday - the 16th comment to be exact. Here's hoping you don't mind a joke...:)

Thanks, guys.

I don't mind, Bam (and I would gladly take a women's OT qualifier someday) I had a good laugh. I just didn't see it. I thumbed through, but I haven't been able to keep up with your heavy post production. I had no idea there was so much to the method but I love the naming.I'll catch up this weekend.
