I'd love to get my marathon time into the 2:3X range or under. Do some gravel races and cyclocross races to keep things interesting.

I see that a 10-mile tempo was not on your list. Whoops!
Those are all solid suggestions. I think 3, 7, and 8 are are my next step.
Can you remind me of the title of the book by the guy who works on motorcycles and philosophizes? I meant to write it down when you suggested it but forgot.
