I've been slowly working in my big boy doubles over the last few weeks, but I guess I have been 88-95 miles the last 7-8 weeks aside from Philly. We've had some lovely fall air too; I feel like I could run for hours at 8:00 pace. I'll try my best to funnel some air you way.
