I read Walter's post about a recent R2R2R venture and read a link he posted about his accident. I know Utah folks probably know about it, but I post it here for those who don't because rarely do I read something that I would call "inspiring" because I am often inspired in more mundane ways. But it is incredible.

I'm not ruling it out, but it seems daunting. Hip feels fine, just a bit unstable, and I have been running sporadically because I am worried it will cause another injury. Need to do something soon...I'm fat and crazy!
