Nonsense! You've been doing weights and PT and eating giant cinnamon rolls. Just don't do what I did...gain ~10 lbs in 4 weeks, which sadly puts me at Bam + 50-54 lbs. Yikes!

Well, Allie made me go out to dinner last night and eat 5lb of Thai food so I refused to even weigh myself this morning in fear that I would be up that much! At any rate, I am making up for Jake's lack of carboloading.

mmmm...thai food.

Thai food is probably my favorite food. I eat it before every race. I usually get the same meal at the same place (and pack the meal if I am traveling), but in Philly this fall I went to a place there. I'm picky about race food, but there was something magical in it I think.
