I have still been grading and icing. I have been taking pain reliever more regularly. Today the foot has felt pretty good. No weird twinges or anything. So much for cross training this thing. Hoping a 10-14 day rest period will rest this thing and I can get back to business.

Sorry about the foot but glad it is feeling better. Don't worry about it, things happen in life and priorities change. Get healed up, then just start again...it is just running.

Merry Christmas, enjoy the break from school.

Thanks, Jeff. It's a short break for us. Grades are due the 19th and we are back the 3rd. More than most get I suppose though.

Merry Christmas.
