20 miles, averaged 7:22. Put together a few regular runs, planning on a little over 2 hours (about 16 miles for me). Pretty tired around 1:45, but then I threw in a 6:13 around the 2-hour mark. Headed home and was pretty close at 18.5 or so, so I figured I would keep going. Felt like a was walking, but I was still running 7:10-7:30. Definitely need lots of short easy runs this week.

This makes for an excellent March, which was my best month ever. 77 miles over last September. That's another whole week of running!

That is definitely a huge month. March was a PR for me, and you still crushed my total. Nice going, it'll pay off huge in the marathon.

Thanks, Joe. The unplanned 20-miler really boosted the mileage. No more of this "I don't need to 20+ miles when I am doing 10 + 8-9 mile GP tempos."

Two weeks to Boston! As usual I am excited and I'm not running it. This year I have too many people to track though.

Your Boston ticket will soon be punched for the forseeable future, I can guarantee that.

Nice run Jason. These are the ones you need in the bank. On top of the hard efforts and the miles, they add the gristle.
