AM: 7.5 miles, averaged 8:08. Got chased by a poodle, which incidentally can be pretty aggressive. But they scare like small dogs when you yell at them. Sorry for the colorful language old lady; Jason is tired of being chased by dogs and sheilding kids from cars because of their irresponsible parents (yesterday afternooon). There. I feel better.

Good thing I wasn't being chased by puppies. I almost got Megan a dachshund that way once.

Of course, I felt like a total jerk after. I was/am a jerk. Should have stayed in the cemetery with the REALLY old people I guess.

Small dogs always seem to be the most aggressive and hardest to kick. Great mp run yesterday.

I've heel flicked a few super small ones. The ones that don't make noise are the ones you really need to be worried about. It's always so hard to know. And I love dogs to a fault. After drinking one night (Kool-Aid of course) I started to hug a dog I didn't know, in a house I had never been to. We had just walked in the door, too. The owner, a colleague of mine, said "please don't do that."

Funny stuff. I've had many near heart attacks from the smallest dogs. Haven't needed to punt any yet though.
