Columbian Park Zoo - 6.75 miles, averaged 8:51.

Ran to the zoo and checked to make sure the mile markers would be up for Saturday. Ran a bit of the course, then I got hot, so I did some mini loops in the park. Did some race effort pickups on the way home. Pretty blah.

Hopefully only the nice ones! I haven't even see what they have. I imagine it is pretty sad.

Originally the goal was to run "intuited 5:47s" because I will be running with my Timex, but I think the cooler 60ish weather is coming in at night and not in the morning, so that plan might not work. So 18:20-18:30 at the slowest, but I don't really know where I am at.

Thanks. I am not on good terms with the geese. I try to tell them they are stupid for hissing at me, but I am the idiot talk to animals. The babies go from cute, to awkward teenage years (fuzzy, not quite feathered), to miniature adults. Gets me every time.
