Newtone - 8.25 in 70 minutes. To break it up, I did 2 x 12 minutes higher end aerobic intervals w/ long recovery. 2 x 1 minute pickups at the end.

Technically it was chocolate covered! Followed it with a smallish portion of dark chocolate. I'm on what I like to call my training partner Brandon's "Skeletor diet." He weighed 128 in college and he ate salmon, rice, and steamed vegetables. Not that I'm shooting nor could I attain such weight but 158-163 would be perfect and not far off my lightest. Anything less and I'm in trouble with Megan. But perhaps I'll tell her it's all some crazy English/Irish guy's fault :)
Incidentally, Skeletor looks really buff. I think they meant Brandon's face.
