Oh, I'd say you'll do some serious damage to your pr - are you counting 18:43 or 19:03 as you pr?

19:03. The course next weekend isn't USATF certified but it is something...certified. I'll probably go out on low 5:50 pace and see what happens. I still haven't run a sub-6 minute mile, so I would really like to run 3 of them. I'm confident I can break 18:30, but I am less sure on sub-18 (about 4 seconds slower than my 400s this past week).
