PM: 11 miles 80 minutes on the treadmill.

Started at 8.0 and increased .2 every mile through the hour. Couldn't quite hold 10.0 and cut the pace back down for the last two minutes.

Signed up at Planet Fitness. I think it will work for my needs, and it's cheap enough that I don't feel guilty.

I was a member there for years in Utah. Can't beat the price. I liked bagel day and pizza day, too.

The price is definitely right. I was spoiled when I went to Purdue: Woodway treadmills with no time limits.

I'm finding some machines I've never use before and they have pretty much everything I need.
