Short-Term Running Goals:
Rebuild fitness, get weight back down, and other runnerly things.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I'd love to get my marathon time into the 2:3X range or under.
I live in Michigan with my wife, Megan. I started running in September 2010.

PM: 30' on the recumbent bike (HR 117) and 20' on the treadmill walking @ 15% incline (HR 136)
Couldn't get on a treadmill until almost the time Megan was ready to go. I will likley resume running tomorrow if I am feeling okay.
