PM: 5 miles easy with Megan.

A little symmetrical soreness in the calves, slight tightness in the inner hamstring area but it felt good to run. A lot of easy running this week to absorb the half and go into the final 2-3 weeks of the marathon buildup. Feel pleased with my results from yesterday.

congrats on a fantastic race yesterday. i'm bummed i missed you. i was actively looking around at the starting line but i didn't actually know what i was looking for (are you 6'11''? 5'5''?).

i really liked philly (and i was so happy the weather cooperated). we had some excellent food at lolita -- have you ever been there? worth checking out, esp if you like guacamole and c*rveza.

I was looking around for a group of ladies with matching kits but those groupings were everywhere.

I did not in fact see you after the start as I thought. I thought it was you in the yellow singlet because I was thinking of your Utah one.

I'll have to check out Lolita. We don't get down that way much. We live on the opposite side of the city (north west) about 8 miles.
