PM: 6 miles on the treadmill in 60' (HR 153) + 15' StairMaster (HR 149)
Hip was pretty solid. No pain, but a bit of instability at times. Overall much better. Did some captain's chair work between activities.
RHR 47 according to my Garmin. I'll feel better when I am back in the lower 40s or under, but I imagine this is healthier than a good deal of Americans my age. Need to lose about 10 pounds too.
