PM: 65' easy to moderate to uptempo and then 5k effort on the StairMaster. HR 151.
Didn't run today but went to Planet Fitness and it was the thing to do. I jog at cross walks and parking lots for a few steps today and my hip felt fine. I likely will be sore tomorrow as this is easily the longest StairMaster session I have done. It's easily my favorite cross training.
Did a light session of captain's chair core stuff. Hip strangely (thankully) offering no complaints.
Feeling better today. Phew. That was rough for a bit.
