Vinton Woods (reverse direction) - 10 miles, no watch. Did a few strides. I changed my shoes, got some water, then did 8 hill blasts (probably ~15 seconds).

Some townie b*$*$ pulled up behind me and laid on the horn just to be a jerk (I was on the sidewalk). That was around mile 5. I almost went home. Ruins my running. Can't wait to get out of Lafayette. Not sure if Philly will be better on infinitely worse.

Maybe she liked you. That's what I tell myself. If Philly sports fans' reputations are an indicator, it'll be worse. But maybe it'll be like Rocky and the kids will follow you around cheering. Yes, that's what'll happen.

I know, I know. I need to learn to ignore it but I can't. It just doesn't make any sense to me because it's often targeted. Not the lack of respect for pedestrians, although I hate that.

My iPod died very early for some reason. I do all of my running with one now. These things happen a lot, but I guess they do to everyone. I'll probably stick with my 1-mile loops around the cemetery

I hate it when my iPod dies during a run. And when people honk at me. Maybe tomorrow will be better. Honking scares the living crap out of me btw. People I know honk at me all the time to say hi when I'm running. Not good.
