Weather is nice, but I decided to run on the treadmill again to get some miles in without taking too much time given that I'm leaving today. 10 miles in just under 70 minutes with 5-mile LT tempo after 3 up. 6:10 for the first 2, then 6:00 for the last 3. Messed with the incline a bit to make sure my breathing was elevated enough. 2 down, fighting the silly auto cool down feature and its 4.5 MPH preset.

Nice workouts on the treadmill this week. Kickin' butt with the fast stuff! I'm sure your legs are appreciating the softer surface miles.

I actually got used to it and don't mind it. I'm not switching completely, but served my needs well the last three days. But I think I beat my legs up a bit. You definitely hit some different muscles.

I do remember the different muscles thing now that you mention it. I just need to remember what you said about constantly changing it up. The runs on my treadmill that i didn't absolutely hate were ones that I did the same on. Nice job getting the miles in away from home, too. That can always be a struggle.
