I'd love to get my marathon time into the 2:3X range or under.
I live in Michigan with my wife, Megan. I started running in September 2010.

PM: 7.6 miles, averaged 8:31. HR 153.
Around 40 degrees with a good bit of snow melt the last few days. Worked on creating a new route.
PM: 7.75 miles, averaged 8:39. HR 151.
Cold and rainy. Some deep puddles. Felt decent, quite good at the end. Finally putting together some routes.
PM 7.8 miles, averaged 8:18. HR 160.
Easy to moderate to uptempo progression. Raining and windy. About 60 degrees though.
PM: 7 miles, averaged 9:21. HR 141. Did 6 x 30" strides in the second part of the run.
Ran the first four with Megan.

We went to look at potential neighborhoods for a house. Some nice areas. Hillier and with more trees. I can't stand the houses in what was farmland about 40 years ago look.

Short on time progression. Hard mile in 6:15 at 5 mile
Off. We went to Toledo last night, got up late, and got home around dinner time.
