Fartlek of 21 x 1' on/off
Got up early (for me) and warmed up to Borden Park. It was cold and a bit windy. Workout went well, except I did an extra rep even with the workout programmed (forgot about the extra recovery between cooldown).
The 1ish-mile loop worked out okay. Good for marathon tempos and possibly mile repeats (when it's not busy).
