Warmed up 2 miles with strides on a beautiful morning with full sunshine. This was a very tough workout even though the overall paces weren't fast or much faster than parts of my tempo last weekend, but the effort was tough and I really had to focus, particularly on the last 3. Cooled down 2 miles.
