Long-Term Running Goals:
I'd love to get my marathon time into the 2:3X range or under. Do some gravel races and cyclocross races to keep things interesting.
I live in Michigan with my wife, Megan. I started running in September 2010.

Spent most of the day on the couch at my parents' house I think.
Drove back to Philadelphia. Could have run but didn't. Warm.
Spent the day and evening on the couch. I've been binge watching Prison Break.
PM: 50' steady easy.
A storm blew through and gave us 60 degrees with low humidity and dew point and a stiff breeze. I figured we probably won't have a day like this until fall. The run felt okay to partly crappy.
Just didn't feel like running.
PM: 65' easy. Felt pretty good. Pleasant conditions helped.
AM: 68' easy but warm and tough going.
PM: 35' easy
I managed to weaken my glutes from lying around and not running. I can feel them being lazy. My right foot has a giant blister. Enough time to somewhat de-callus.
