10-mile Progression Easy to Uptempo
Schedule was 30', 50' @ marathon effort, 30' down. I have been quite tired since racing this weekend, so I wanted something lighter. I am not sure I accomplished that in the end. First mile in 9:13, last mile in 6:43. That 6:43 left me spent. 2 miles down.
PM: 4.3 miles w/ Megan, averaged 10:31. HR 134.
I bonked hard just before 3 miles. Wasn't sure I would make it home. I felt awful. Pretty frustrated overall with my running fitness, even though I know today was fatigue and weather related (quite a bit warmer and more humid than the early fall conditions we have had).
