Newtone - 8.25 in 70 minutes. To break it up, I did 2 x 12 minutes higher end aerobic intervals w/ long recovery. 2 x 1 minute pickups at the end.
Salmon, asparagus, and rice for dinner.
Newtone - 90 minutes

Newtone - 8.2 miles with 15 x 1 minute on/off. Little faster than last week. Going to play in the snow when I get to Maine tomorrow.
Also, this. Cat wearing a shark costume while riding a Roomba. It's as cute as it is funny.
Day off. Didn't earn it, but I took it.
Can't seem to remember my excuse for not running.
Wingood/Cooper/Erskine - 7.5 miles easy.
Thought I might feel better getting out of Lafayette. Only marginally so. Run was slow. Felt just okay after. Ho hum.
